Bahan-bahan buat Roasted Chicken Rice

  1. Siapkan A) Chicken.
  2. Ibu perlukan 1/2 chicken (cut into medium-sized).
  3. Ibu perlukan 3/4 tbsp oyster sauce.
  4. Siapkan 2 tbsp dark soy sauce.
  5. Siapkan 1/5 tbsp honey (optional).
  6. Anda perlukan 1 tbsp ground black pepper (optional).
  7. Anda perlukan 3 tbsp fresh ginger juice (use lemon juice, if unavailable).
  8. Ibu perlukan 5 cloves garlic (grind).
  9. Anda perlukan 0.5 inch ginger (grind).
  10. Anda perlukan B) Soup.
  11. Siapkan 1 Adabi brand soup spices.
  12. Siapkan 1/2 chicken bones.
  13. Siapkan 2 tbsp Maggie concentrated chicken stock.
  14. Siapkan 1 litre of water.
  15. Siapkan C) Rice.
  16. Ibu perlukan 3 cups of rice.
  17. Siapkan 2 tbsp of Maggie concentrated chicken stock.
  18. Anda perlukan 0.5 tbsp of tumeric powder.
  19. Anda perlukan Salt.
  20. Anda perlukan D) Chilly sauce/paste.
  21. Anda perlukan 5 red chillies.
  22. Anda perlukan 5 clove of garlic.
  23. Siapkan 2 cm ginger.
  24. Anda perlukan 1 tbsp of vinegar & sugar.
  25. Siapkan 1/2 cup of water.
  26. Siapkan Recommended garnishing :-.
  27. Ibu perlukan Lettuce.
  28. Siapkan Sliced tomato.

Langkah-langkah membuat Roasted Chicken Rice

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients (A) for at least 10 mins.
  2. Lightly pan-fry chicken for 3 mins or until chicken turns light brown. Place chicken on baking tray and bake in the preheat oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 30 mins.
  3. Mixed all ingredients (B) and bring to a boil.
  4. Mixed ingredients (C) in washed rice and cook in a rice cooker. If you are not using the concentrated chicken stock, use the chicken soup to cook the rice.
  5. Blend all ingredients (D) and cook for about 2 mins if you like.
  6. Plate the chicken and garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
